We are excited to announce that we have adopted a new form of school-to-home communication at Keller ISD called ParentSquare! This platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed through messages from both their campus and the District, all in one centralized place. With ParentSquare, parents will be able to:

  • Receive school and District information
  • Communicate in your preferred language
  • Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6 p.m.
  • Engage in two-way messaging between parents and teachers/staff
  • And much more, including a way for intermediate, middle, and high school students to communicate with their teachers/coaches/directors/sponsors

Check out this video to learn more: Parents - Getting Started Video

FOR PARENTS
You will receive an invitation email from ParentSquare to activate your account with the email address you have on file with the District. If you can't find your invitation email, visit parentsquare.com/signin to register by using the same email address you have on file with the District and a new password that you create. Even if you don’t activate your account, you will still receive all the emails, phone calls, and/or texts, but will not be able to utilize other features such as direct messaging with teachers. If you are unable to register or activate your account, please submit a Parent Tech Help ticket and select the category “Other.”

If your student's information is incorrect in ParentSquare, it is also incorrect in Aeries and will need to be fixed by your school's front office staff.

For even more convenience, you can download the free ParentSquare app for iOS (Apple) and Android devices. Although the ParentSquare platform is very user-friendly without any previous guidance, you can visit the ParentSquare web page on the District’s website at www.KellerISD.net/ParentSquare for tutorials and more information.

FOR STUDENTS
Students at intermediate, middle, and high schools can communicate with their teachers/coaches/directors/sponsors through StudentSquare. StudentSquare will launch closer to the first week of school. Stay tuned for more information.

We are excited to launch this new platform designed to bring all school communication into one convenient place!
